Jazzma Trice, NP-C

Jazzma Trice, MSN, FNP-C is a board-certified nurse practitioner with extensive experience in orthopedic care. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Itawamba Community College in 2011, followed by her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Mississippi for Women. She later completed her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of South Alabama.
With over 17 years of experience in orthopedics, Jazzma began her career as a registered nurse, serving as a charge nurse on an orthopedic hospital floor. Her clinical background includes both surgical and outpatient care, with experience as a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) in the operating room as well as in the clinic setting.
Jazzma has been a valued member of MSMOC for the past eight years, where she practices under the supervision of Dr. Eric Lewis. She specializes in conditions affecting the hand, wrist, and elbow, providing patient-centered care focused on improving function and quality of life.
A native of Shannon, Mississippi, Jazzma enjoys spending time with her husband and children.
She has been recognized for her dedication to patient care, earning Nurse Practitioner of the Year honors in 2023, 2024, and 2025 through the Daily Journal Readers’ Choice Awards.
